Burgess x Blue Oceans Global Clean Up.

Ocean plastic is on track to triple by 2060 and it’s not just beaches we need to clean. From riverbanks to fields and forests, plastic and rubbish makes its way into the ocean in many different ways. We can help to stop it.

In a huge worldwide collaboration between Burgess Blue Oceans and Burgess Crew Services, each Burgess office ran its own clean up between 8-14 May and we encouraged colleagues and friends worldwide to join us. 

Yacht crews the world over led the charge and signed up to clean the areas where their yachts were lying. This was a chance to bring together teams, crews, family and friends, partnership organisations and other companies in the industry to realise the impact we can all have collectively.
