This entirely Northern European yacht is the first to combine Van Oossanen's super-efficient FDHF (fast displacement hull form) hull design with hybrid propulsion, reducing fuel costs, emissions, noise and vibration. Twin 805hp MTU main diesel engines, two generators and two e-motors combine to give her four propulsion modes: from 'hybrid', where generators alone drive e-motors up to nine knots, to 'boost' for a top speed almost double that. This is a yacht that is both incredibly stylish and ready for the future.

Minimalist Ibiza-style interiors by Cristiano Gatto create spaces that blur the distinction between inside and out. Use of extensive floor-to-ceiling glass and interior teak decking in the sky lounge create a genuine beach house feel. Features include a sun deck with sit-up bar, open air dining and a jacuzzi, more open-air dining on the upper deck aft and walkaround sidedecks, a swim platform so large it's like a sea level sun lounge, and a gym. The full-beam main deck owner's suite has full-height windows too.

IMAGINE

For sale with Burgess

IMAGINE embodies zero compromise. From design by Dubois and build by Alloy Yachts, carbon mast by Southern Spars, Reckmann furlers, North 3DL sails, Furuno electronics - everything is the best of the best. She is the second yacht to bear the name. Her owner spent 17 years sailing the world in the first one and designed all that experience into the second. That experience is evident in the line-free family-friendly guest deck spaces, a swim platform as well as a midships boarding ladder and a lifting daggerboard that reduces draft to 4.2m (14.1ft).

She has a dive compressor and six sets of scuba gear for exploring underwater and, unusually for a sailing yacht, there's a large jacuzzi on the foredeck which is also where the 6.3m (20.7ft) tender stows on passage. A crow's nest goes halfway up the forward section of the mast so that her owner and a guest can fully appreciate the scenery. Down below, large coachroof windows and hull ports keep the spaces light and bright in the lower saloon and dining room and deliver amazing views in the raised saloon. She has been lovingly maintained from new.

She is built in composite to RINA classification by a shipyard that is currently 12th in the global order book and is building a reputation for quality yachts. She has many desirable features including a sun deck with bar, BBQ, jacuzzi, sunpads, open-air dining and a dayhead, as well as a full-beam main deck owner's suite with 240-degree wraparound views, skylight and a private terrace with sunpads forward. There is also a beach club cabana lounge aft on the lower deck with a hydraulic bathing platform for ease of access to the water.

The Slovenian design studio emphasised inside-outside sightlines as there is extensive use of full-height glass and glazed bulwark cut-outs. She has a second open-air dining option on the main deck aft and a lounge, bar and formal dining table makes this an ideal entertaining space with exceptional views through large picture windows. The main saloon also has sliding full-height sliding glass doors either side to open up the space. PROJECT FOX

For sale with Burgess

PROJECT FOX is a British designed-and-built explorer yacht with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure currently under construction to RINA classification at the renowned Pendennis shipyard in Falmouth, UK. Scheduled for delivery in spring 2023, she represents a rare opportunity to jump congested build queues considerably on a yacht that celebrates the very best of British design and engineering.

Key to her design is the 103.5sqm (1,114sqft) main deck aft, which enables her to carry a huge range of equipment, from watertoys and two 7.5m (24.6ft) tenders to amphibious vehicles and submersibles, launched by two 2.5T SWL deck cranes - carrying capacity usually unheard of in a yacht of this size. With the toys launched, the main deck aft has endless possibilities for relaxation and entertainment. The space includes a DJ station, open-air dining and bar. A glass-walled family room or media sky lounge, with a wine cellar in the lobby, opens onto a 46sqm (495sqft) terrace with BBQ and open-air dining, as well as walkaround sidedecks that lead to lounge seating forward of the bridge.

This is another sailing yacht that has been created without compromise. She is designed by the famous Germán Frers, has interiors by Winch Design with Oliver Sterling, and Royal Huisman build quality. Her pedigree is as good as it gets. Delivered as UNFURLED, SPIIP won the Best Sailing Yacht in the 23-36m category at the International Superyacht Society Awards 2001. Since then, SPIIP has also enjoyed great success on the superyacht sailing circuit, winning both the Antigua Superyacht Challenge and the St Barth’s Bucket in 2017.

Her deck layout is designed to suit racing with a full professional crew as well as cruising with the family so she is equally well suited to both. She has been meticulously maintained by her owner and this year's EUR 1,200,000 refit included a five-year rig service, updates to her navigational systems and the addition of a furling staysail. Previous yard periods have seen her technical and mechanical systems overhauled, engines and generators rebuilt, all her lighting switched to LED, new teak decks, rig service and a full repaint.
