We were very pleased to find plenty of interest in our three yachts at Palm Beach: the 63m (206.7ft) Benetti 11.11, the 60.4m (197.9ft) Feadship, De Vries ROCK.IT and the 52m (170.6 ft) Benetti VIANNE. There are some strong leads and promising prospects to follow up, and it was great to see people at shows again. Now we're looking forward to the Palma Show.
The Brokerage market has experienced a strong six months and Burgess has been no exception, with our most recent sale being the 88.5m (290.3ft) Oceanco yacht INFINITY. She will shortly be renamed CLOUD 9 and will be available for West Mediterranean charters through Burgess this summer.
Since the start of Q4 2021 we have sold yachts with a combined total of:
- over 1,400m in length
- over 34,000GT in internal volume
- just under EUR 800,000,000 in last asking prices
Our most recent sale was the 88.5m Oceanco INFINITY, with Burgess representing both buyer and seller
Many of the sales, including INFINITY, were in-house too, because our fully employed, highly experienced brokers work for their clients, not for themselves, so they can share data and knowledge worldwide.
