The 44.7m (146.5ft) motor yacht SPACE was delivered by Dutch shipyard Feadship, Royal Van Lent in 2007 to exterior designs by De Voogt and Sinot Design, interiors by Donald Starkey and naval architecture by De Voogt.

A 2018 refit included a full repaint of hull and superstructure and extensive works over winter 2019-20 included servicing the main engines, generators and many technical systems. This much loved yacht, still in her original ownership, has only ever been used privately but she is MCA LY2 compliant for commercial use.
A spacious sun deck has a raised circular jacuzzi forward surrounded by an arc of sunpads. There is lounge seating, a bar and open air dining beneath the hardtop and an extensive versatile space aft for sun lounging, entertainment or exercise.

Looking aft in the wonderfully bright main saloon
Huge picture windows illuminate an interior with leather and fabrics in soft earth tones. Wooden floors and ceiling panels give the main saloon a welcoming warmth. There is a desk and a square gaming table aft and U-shaped seating facing a hidden 55in TV to starboard. There is a dayhead in the lobby forward where a feature spiral glass staircase, lit with natural light from a circular skylight in the sun deck, leads up to the upper deck.
The sky lounge has a 55in TV in the forward bulkhead, sofa seating to starboard and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs to port. Past a circular gaming table aft, bifold doors open onto the main deck aft and pairs of opening windows either side connect the sky lounge to the yacht's surroundings. Forward on the upper deck is a large owner's office that could convert into a guest cabin.

She sleeps eight guests in four main deck cabins. Forward is the full beam owner's suite and an open plan dressing room, with abundant natural light through large windows either side and a huge skylight running the length of the cabin. ort aft is the bathroom in white marble and wooden ceilings with his and hers sinks, bath and shower.
Further aft are two double cabins and a twin cabin, all with large picture windows and en suite. She accommodates nine crew on the lower deck.
Twin 1,055hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 14.5 knots, she cruises at 12 knots and at her economical speed of 10 knots she has a transatlantic range of 4,500nm. Naiad stabilisers provide stability underway and at anchor.

SPACE has a 16m (53ft) Maxi Dolphin chase tender capable of 36 knots available by separate negotiation, asking USD 500,000.
