The 46.1m (151ft) motor yacht TIME FOR US was built to ABS classification and delivered by US shipyard Delta Marine in 2011 to interior styling by Seattle based designer Jonathan Quinn Barnett and Pembroke & Ives with exterior design by Jonathan Quinn Barnett and Ed Monk Yacht Design. This MCA compliant yacht received a major refit in 2016 when she passed her five year survey, technical and cosmetic upgrades in 2019 and 2020, and with 499GT of internal volume, abundant guest spaces make her a popular choice in the Burgess managed charter fleet.
A large sun deck has a seven-person jacuzzi forward, with swim up and sit up bar, flanked by sunpads on either side and surrounded by clear glass screens for shelter from the wind while maintaining the views. A structure midships houses an elevator that serves all decks (she is wheelchair friendly) and aft of that is a curved sit up bar for six guests with a lounge area for informal dining and dayhead shaded by the hardtop.
Large TVs on the structure's forward and aft bulkheads serve the jacuzzi and the bar and lounge. Aft of that are two raised sunpads and further aft is a versatile space usually used for sunloungers but equally suited to exercise or for entertainment.
There is open air dining for up to 10 guests on the upper deck aft, with bar and BBQ to port, shaded by the sun deck overhang, and a sun lounge area aft.
The main deck aft has banquette seating aft and loose armchairs arranged to create several seating areas. Steps lead down to the swim platform and full height sliding glass doors lead into the main saloon.
Inside is convivial lounge seating around coffee tables port and starboard, furnished in neutral tones with a formal dining area forward with a steel and white marble table. Large windows line the space keeping it bright and there is a dayhead forward of the guest lobby.
The upper deck sky lounge has a sit up bar forward to port, L shaped sofa seating port aft, a large TV starboard aft and a gaming table. Full height sliding glass doors lead out to the aft deck.
She accommodates up to 10 guests in five cabins. The full beam owner's suite is forward on the main deck. There is a private office on entry to starboard, a forward facing king sized bed opposite a large TV, L shaped sofa to starboard, a vanity table to port and the bathroom forward has his and hers sinks, shower and a whirlpool bath. On the lower deck, two king sized suites, a queen sized suite and a twin suite complete her accommodation. She also sleeps up to 11 crew.
Twin 2,250hp Caterpillar engines give her a top speed of 18 knots, a cruising speed of 12.5 knots and a range of 3,750nm at her economical speed of 10 knots. She has a 5.8m (19ft) Nautica tender, an array of watertoys and a dive compressor, and zero speed stabilisers keep guests comfortable underway and at anchor.
Her success as a charter yacht attests to her build quality, relentless maintenance schedule and suitability to family use.
