We are delighted to announce that Burgess has been appointed worldwide central agent for the sale of BEVERLEY, with an asking price of EUR 6,250,000.
The 36.2m (118.7ft) yacht BEVERLEY was built by the Benetti Sail Division in 2009 with the yard’s own naval architecture and interior design, to an exterior design by Sneek-based Dutch yacht designer P.B. Behage. Her continued popularity as a Burgess charter yacht is due both to her charm and to a rigorous maintenance schedule.Burgess is delighted to be able to bring this rocketship to market and all expressions of interest are welcomed. She is lying in Palma where inspection can be arranged by your Burgess broker.
She was fully repainted during a major refit at the Compositeworks Superyacht Shipyard (now MB92 La Ciotat) in 2016, her electronics were upgraded and zero-speed stabilisers with two-metre fins were fitted. She went to the same yard for her five-year RINA class commercial survey in 2018 during which her swim platform teak decking was replaced and main and sun decks were recaulked. Main engines and generators were inspected and serviced by Caterpillar in the UK the same year. She is being hauled out again at MB92 La Ciotat in March this year for annual maintenance.
Her sun deck has a glass-screened flybridge with an observation lounge area. Moving aft past the day head there is a fully equipped bar to port and a lounge area to starboard used for al fresco dining. A further informal lounge area forward of the six-person jacuzzi is also used for yoga, gym training and sun lounging and there are full-beam sun pads on the aft sun deck.
Steps port aft lead down to the main deck aft, which has a shaded gl fresco dining area with steps leading down either side to the swim platform. From the main deck aft, doors open into the main lounge where large picture windows illuminate restfully neutral cream furnishings and dark woods. There is a bar starboard aft facing L-shaped seating to port, opposite a pop-up 50in TV with Bose sound to starboard for movie nights. Forward is a formal dining room comfortably seating eight guests and watertoys are stowed on the foredeck.
All cabins are on the lower deck, with a full-beam owner’s cabin aft with a 50in TV in a private lounge, and office area, walk-in wardrobe and a marble en suite bathroom. Forward is a full-beam VIP suite and two twin cabins complete versatile accommodation for nine guests in four cabins. Up to six crew attend to their wishes.
Twin Caterpillar C18 engines give her a top speed of 13.4kn and she has transatlantic range, 5,000nm, at her cruising speed of 10kn.
