In addition to Michelin-starred cuisine served privately on board, the chefs can offer clients an exclusive cookery masterclass, allowing them to cook alongside the chef and learn new culinary techniques. A stellar line-up of celebrated chefs are based around the globe and can be available wherever a superyacht is cruising, subject to availability.

Working with Michelin-starred chef agency Kirsty Stanley Hughes Management, Burgess has access to chefs from some of the world’s best restaurants, including David Thompson of Nahm in Bangkok, Atul Kochhar - the first chef ever to be awarded a Michelin star for Indian cuisine, whose restaurants include the 1 Michelin-starred Benares in London, Phil Howard (pictured) of 2 Michelin-starred The Square, and top young chef Ollie Dabbous, Chef Patron of 1 Michelin-starred ‘Dabbous’, also in London.
