We are delighted to announce that LOHENGRIN has joined the Burgess sales fleet with an asking price of USD 15,000,000. She is available for viewing by appointment in Hong Kong where she has a Marine Department operating licence. This is the first local central agency sales appointment for Burgess in Asia, marking our increasing presence in this evolving market.
LOHENGRIN is a 49.1m (161ft) three-decked superyacht launched in 2007 by the acclaimed US shipyard Trinity Yachts to their own elegant exterior design. Her interior, a finely crafted work of art in walnut and marble, showcases the intricate skills of US designer Scott Carpenter.
She accommodates eight guests in four cabins with 10 crew looking after every need. The full-beam, opulently appointed master suite offers LOHENGRIN's owner panoramic views forward from a raised observation lounge. Steps lead down to a king size bed beneath a bronze chandelier where there are controls for the Creston AV system with multiple mood settings. Port aft is the entrance to the his and hers en suite with heated marble floors and jacuzzi for two. Three elegant double cabins also feature king size beds and en suite marble bath and shower, again with heated marble floors. A fifth guest cabin was converted into a spa. All interior areas have air conditioning and a finely crafted walnut-panelled spiral staircase serves all decks.
A full-beam sun deck features a large jacuzzi forward, surrounded by sun pads, with a bar and lounge area aft. LOHENGRIN has a formal dining area forward of a refined saloon, a more relaxed al fresco dining area on the aft main deck and a second al fresco dining option on the aft bridge deck.
Both hull and superstructure are crafted in aluminium and her hull is extended below the beach club and swim platform for optimum ride comfort and performance. Her resulting light weight, 470GT, is reflected in LOHENGRIN's sparkling performance. Twin Caterpillar 3512B engines, both rated at 2,250HP, give her a maximum speed of 18 kn and she cruises at 16 kn with Quantum stabilisers ensuring comfort both underway and at anchor. At her most efficient speed, 12 kn, she has a range of 3,000 nm, giving her a high degree of independence in any cruising ground.
Burgess is delighted to be able to welcome LOHENGRIN to the sales central agency fleet.
