With space to accommodate up to 26 guests, SHERAKHAN is classically elegant, with a relaxed, welcoming ambience. The world cruising yacht is a self-contained haven, with an outstanding sun deck featuring an 18-person jacuzzi, a spa and splendid double height formal dining area.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast served on the main deck aft with views of the anchorage to inspire the morning’s activities. SHERAKHAN has a garage full of watertoys that would keep even the most active guests entertained, so you waste little time in getting on the water. As well as a pair of large tenders, there are jetskis, wakeboards, surfboards, inflatable towables and a show stopping 8m waterslide for the ultimate test of your courage.
If you are in the mood for indulgence, visit the wellness suite for a few hours to enjoy its beauty salon, massage room, gym, steam room and sauna.
Lunch is served on the expansive sun deck, where the chef grills meat and fish at the BBQ alongside a banquet of appetising dishes. With several tables providing more intimate groups to catch up on the day’s activities, the mood is informal and convivial.
An afternoon of relaxation on the sun deck beckons, and it is large enough for everyone to get involved while the crew provides refreshments from the bar. The 18-person jacuzzi, surely one of the grandest on any yacht, provides respite from the afternoon’s heat while sun loungers are dotted across the deck for moments of privacy as well joining the fun.
SHERAKHAN’s decor is soothing and tasteful, having undergone a major interior update in 2017; the colour palette is calm and neutral, with warm, earthy tones and creams complementing natural textures. The 13 well-appointed cabins, including a full beam master suite with fantastic views and a private study, make her a great choice for groups of friends or on charters with multiple principal guests.
As the evening draws in, make your way to the wicker seating on the main deck aft for a sundowner cocktail while sharing the highlights of your day. Everyone then heads to the superb double height dining room with its galleried atrium, where the table seats all 26 guests underneath sculptural lighting and a skylight courtesy of the glass-bottomed sun deck jacuzzi. After a delicious feast, you retire to the nearby lounge for a final nightcap while listening to music from the grand piano and planning tomorrow’s adventures.
