Published 01 setembro 2026

For anyone considering a future build, the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show bring together the best of the yachting industry, offering a rare opportunity to compare leading shipyards side by side, step aboard finished yachts and explore the models shaping the future. With the right guidance, a show visit can become the first meaningful step towards your next yacht.

Cannes Yachting Festival

The Cannes Yachting Festival is the definitive opening to the autumn yachting calendar, spotlighting some of the most refined sub-50m yachts in the heart of the French Riviera. With so many shipyards active in the sub-500GT market using the show to launch new models, present first hulls and debut the latest evolutions of their lines, it is a prime opportunity to assess where this fast-moving sector is heading.

For clients considering a future build, Cannes offers the chance to compare design direction, layout innovation, build quality and owner-focused features at close range, while meeting Burgess experts who can help turn early ideas into a focused brief.

Azimut Grande 44

Azimut Yachts
GRANDE 44M

The flagship of the Azimut fleet, the Grande 44 brings a fresh perspective to life below 50m. Its four-deck architecture, made possible by a composition of over 50 percent carbon fibre, creates the feeling of a much larger yacht, with standout spaces from an upper deck that can convert into an owner’s deck with uninterrupted sea views to a three-sided fold-out beach club and a pool on the main deck.

Columbus Atlantique 38

ATLANTIQUE 38

Making its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival, the first 125ft Atlantique 38 – named PRINCIPESSA CAPRICCIOSA – hit the water in March 2026. Designed inside and out by Hot Lab, her clean, sporty silhouette is paired with features more commonly found on much larger yachts, including a full-beam owner’s suite with private terrace, fold-down sea balconies, a pool and accommodation for 12 guests.

Seen together, Cannes and Monaco offer a powerful overview of the market: Cannes reveals the pace of innovation in the sub-50m sector, while Monaco showcases the ambition, scale and custom thinking behind the world’s leading superyachts. For anyone planning a future build, visiting both shows with the guidance of our new build experts can help define not just what is possible, but what feels right.

Monaco Yacht Show

The highlight of the European superyacht calendar, the Monaco Yacht Show attracts owners, shipyards, designers, innovators and industry leaders from around the world. With an exceptional lineup of yachts confirmed from numerous yards, this year’s show is a rare opportunity to step aboard previously private yachts, compare approaches to scale, layout and lifestyle, and understand what the world’s leading shipyards could deliver for your next build.

Amels
PANGEA

The first hull of the Amels 80 series, PANGEA was sold by Burgess shortly after the 2022 Monaco Yacht Show, with Burgess Technical Services managing the build project. The platform has proved exceptionally popular: the second hull, NETTO II, was recently delivered to its owner, with three more due within the next 18 months. Burgess sold two of those yachts and continues to support their build management, giving us unrivalled insight into the platform.

Hull eight of the highly successful Amels 80 series is available for purchase, with delivery scheduled in Q4 2029. Featuring exterior design by Espen Øino and interiors by Sinot, this latest offering from the Dutch shipyard retains a generous scope for owner customisation. For a client looking to step into an acclaimed platform while shaping the final result, it’s a rare opportunity and one unlikely to remain available for long.

Turquoise Yachts
ANGELIQUE

With an impressive lineup from Turquoise Yachts on display at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show, including 76.3m (250ft) N2H, visitors will also be able to step on board the largest yacht ever built in Turkey by volume: 87m (285.4ft) ANGELIQUE. Built with entertaining in mind – from a glass-sided pool and DJ facilities to a golf simulator and helipad that doubles as basketball court – she comes equipped with everything you would expect from a modern superyacht. Art Deco inspired interiors give an opulent atmosphere on board, with exceptional wellness amenities including full spa, panoramic gym and one of the largest beach clubs in her class.

There are currently two 80m+ in build opportunities from Turquoise, offering the chance to step into ownership with a shorter lead time. Get in touch to discuss these projects or to arrange an appointment to visit ANGELIQUE at the show to see first-hand what Turquoise is capable of.

Turquoise Angelique
NIXIE

Lürssen
NIXIE

Fresh from her delivery in June, at 102.4m NIXIE’s global debut makes her one of the largest yachts attending the Monaco Yacht Show. Wellbeing is at the heart of her design, with a dedicated spa deck, a semi-suspended glass swimming pool and one of the largest ever beach clubs on a Lürssen yacht (270sqm).

A truly extraordinary vessel, her attendance is a unique chance to see a recent delivery from this premier German yard.

Benetti
B.NOW 67

Benetti are well known for their excellent range of semi-custom platforms, and the B.Now 67 is no exception. Defined by its distinctive Oasis Deck, where a recessed pool and open terrace create a seamless connection to the sea, the yacht is designed for generous, relaxed living. Across the rest of the yacht, guests will find ample spaces shaped for both sociable moments and quiet retreat.

Burgess New Build Sales and Technical Services teams have a close working relationship with Benetti, with two deliveries in 2025 – 50m XWAVE and 44m FORTITUDE1 – and 44m PAPER MOON delivered in 2026. All three full-service Burgess projects, they were sold to their owners by our brokers before the builds were overseen by our New Build team on site in Italy.

The fully custom VANISH represents an exceptional opportunity in the 70m+ yacht market. With a practical owner-focused layout, leisure features include two helicopter decks, a vast beach club, wellness facilities and accommodation for up to 14 guests.

Oceanco
DRAAK & LEVIATHAN

Two yachts sure to make waves at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show are DRAAK and LEVIATHAN. Developed to operate seamlessly together, the pair are designed to serve the scientific community on missions wherever they are needed. LEVIATHAN, launched in November 2025, rethinks yacht design and operations to improve the experience of everyone living and working on board. DRAAK, delivered in June 2026, a rebuild shaped by many of the same principals and the same purpose.

SEA RAIDER X

ISA Yachts
SEA RAIDER X

From Palumbo Group’s ISA yard, SEA RAIDER X has earned her place as the new ISA Yachts flagship. At 67m, she’s part of the dynamic Gran Turismo line and an embodiment of spacious, seamless living. A striking black steel hull contrasts with her silver aluminium superstructure for a real head-turner, with features including a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, a 6.5m panoramic swimming pool and a beach club with hammam, bar and gym. Definitely one to tour during the Monaco show to see what this Italian yard is capable of.
