CONTRAT DE LOCATION
Une fois la disponibilité de votre yacht vérifiée, vous recevrez un contrat de location standard MYBA que vous devrez signer. Si l’itinéraire que vous avez choisi pour votre croisière nécessite d’embarquer et de débarquer à un endroit différent du port d’attache de votre yacht, des frais de mise à disposition (frais de convoyage) peuvent être nécessaires. Le cas échéant, ces frais seront confirmés à l’avance et indiqués dans le contrat de location, ainsi que toutes les taxes pouvant s’appliquer.
CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT
Un acompte de 50 pour cent du prix total de la location est dû par virement immédiatement à la signature du contrat de location MYBA. Les 50 pour cent restants, plus une avance sur les provisions (A.P.A.) ainsi que toute taxe éventuelle, tout frais de convoyage ou frais supplémentaire convenus sont dus par virement bancaire dans un délai de cinq semaines avant le début de la location.
FRAIS OPÉRATIONNELS

L’avance sur les provisions (A.P.A.) est due au moment du paiement du solde final de la location. Selon les termes MYBA, la somme correspond généralement à 25 pour cent du coût total de la location, mais peut correspondre à 30 pour cent dans certains cas.

Elle sert à couvrir les dépenses d’exploitation d’une location, tel qu’expliqué sous les conditions générales de location. Ces frais opérationnels comprennent le carburant, l’alimentation, les boissons, les frais portuaires et les dépenses ponctuelles. L’A.P.A. sera remise au capitaine avant le début de votre location. Il vérifiera que le yacht dispose de suffisamment de carburant et est approvisionné lorsque vous montez à bord. Alors qu’un résumé des comptes peut être demandé à tout moment au cours de votre location, un ensemble complet des comptes sera généralement présenté par votre capitaine à la fin de la croisière. Si au cours de la location, les dépenses sont supérieures à la somme déjà versée, le paiement de fonds supplémentaires sera immédiatement demandé.

Toutes les factures impayées de la location du yacht doivent être réglées en espèces ou par virement bancaire avant votre débarquement final. Bien entendu, tout crédit à votre avantage à la fin de votre location vous sera intégralement remboursé. Sur demande, il est possible d’organiser des virements depuis et vers le yacht par Burgess, ou par le capitaine du yacht, et ces paiements seront déduits de votre A.P.A.

Ceci permet à Burgess et à l’équipage du yacht que vous avez choisi de s’assurer que tout est mis en œuvre pour faire de votre location une expérience extraordinaire.
