Caitlin is part of the Safety and Compliance Team, within Burgess’ wider Yacht Management Department. Prior to joining Burgess, Caitlin spent six years working on superyachts, before taking the inevitable step back to land and joining Burgess in 2023. She has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter, and has worked as Operations Manager for small companies based in Hampshire and London.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys the gym, cooking, travelling and winter sports. She has also recently renovated a 50ft narrowboat with friends from her last yacht.
