AVA is a 40m (131.2ft) superyacht, built by CRN Ancona with accommodation for 11 guests in five cabins. Built in 1976, she has undergone several extensive refits including a hull extension in 1997, which added a swim platform, and an interior refit of the guest cabins in 2013. Her teak decks were refurbished and re-caulked in the latest refit in 2016.

With a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,000nm, this yacht retains many of its attractive original features including wood panelling on the sun deck superstructure and in the saloon and dining area.

The dining area, with a rectangular table seating 12 people, can be found amidships on the main deck and leads directly into the saloon with its large, U-shaped sofa. Doors open from the saloon onto the aft deck where an oval table and banquette seating offer an alternative, shaded, al fresco dining area.

This yacht features extensive sun bathing space with a platform of sunpads in front of the bridge, leading down to the jacuzzi and plenty of seating options on the main foredeck. The sun deck aft has space for further sunbathing, as well as a second, sheltered al fresco dining area.

The master suite is located forward on the main deck and features a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Adjoining the master suite on the starboard side is a private office with a sofa that can be converted to a single bed if required.

Further accommodation for eight guests is located on the lower deck with two en suite cabins aft, one double and one twin. Midships there is another double and a twin cabin, both with en suite bathrooms.
