Growing up on the Italian coastal border with France sparked Alice’s curiosity for diverse cultures and languages from a young age. After earning a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and cultures in tourism, including a year spent in Lisbon, she ventured to Australia, where was embraced by a wonderful Aussie family.

Alice started her career in hospitality, working in five-star hotels across Italy before transitioning to event management at a top brand of the Hilton: the Waldorf Astoria. Later, she entered the dynamic world of luxury hospitality in Monaco, then explored the complexity of the Principality’s real estate industry

She joined Burgess’ Charter Management team in 2024 as a charter management assistant providing support to the charter managers and overseeing a fleet of 10 yachts ranging from 40m to 100m, including some standout off-market yachts. While the majority of these vessels are based in the Mediterranean during the summer season and the Caribbean over winter, Alice has assisted yachts based in French Polynesia, Panama and Costa Rica, and she is currently working with a yacht exploring the opportunity to cruise other areas of the Pacific. She finds it particularly interesting to follow the activities of these yachts cruising in less travelled locations.

While still in the early years of her yachting career, Alice brings dedication to outstanding client service and adaptability across industries and she looks forward to what’s to come, making the most of the extraordinary, knowledgeable professionals she finds herself fortunate enough to be surrounded by and learning everything she can.
