Céline’s background in luxury hospitality spans decades, starting her career working in five star hotels. She then joined the yachting industry in 2010, working in Camper & Nicholsons' Charter Marketing division. Initially an assistant supporting a busy team, her capability was quickly recognised and she was promoted to the role of charter manager looking after a large fleet of exceptional yachts. She then made the transition to Burgess in September 2018 as a charter manager, bringing a wealth of experience to the Monaco office. Today, she manages six yachts in the Burgess fleet ranging from STARBURST III at 47m to BARBARA at 88.5m. 

Looking back at her career, one of her particular highlights was managing to increase the charter activity of a boat in the fleet from just 20 days of charter per year to up to 76 days the following year (and continuing to grow). This was done by applying a fresh approach to marketing, alongside strong strategy and relationship-building.

A regular at charter shows and the Monaco Yacht Show, Céline is also entrusted with promoting yachts on the charter market. One that she finds particularly memorable was when she organised an event in a luxury hotel to promote a yacht to US charter brokers. Both Celine and the captain flew from Europe to Palm Beach to present the yacht and her charter destinations to the brokers. It was a great success, and created many bookings for the yacht.

Her luxury tourism and corporate business background, along with her great attention to detail, exceptional organisation and bilingual skills, make her a tremendous asset to Burgess and a great role model for the junior members of her team. Her flexibility, enthusiasm and savoir-faire give her the ability to liaise with people from all over the world, making her a vital part of the Charter Management team and one much appreciated by her colleagues and clients.
