Born and raised in Colombia, Paulo moved to Europe before relocating to New York City, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baruch College and gained experience in real estate.
In 2025, he moved to Miami and joined Burgess in August of the same year. Inspired by his passion for yachts and the luxury lifestyle they represent, he found the journey naturally aligned with his diverse international background and multicultural experiences.

Outside of work, Paulo enjoys going to the beach, exploring nature, and discovering hidden gems to unwind.
