After graduating with a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Anastazja’s career started at Jaguar Land Rover UK, where she led engineering projects for hybrid and electric vehicles. Upon relocating to Dubai, she managed the product development and strategy of FinTech services at a homegrown startup.

She joined Burgess in 2018, shortly after the Dubai office had opened, and has since led the company’s business development in the Middle East, managing projects and client relationships across every Burgess service, from Brokerage and Charter to Yacht Management and Marketing.

Anastazja is also a founding member of the Burgess Blue Oceans team, the driving force behind Burgess’ various ESG initiatives, and is passionate about encouraging and embedding a culture of meaningful sustainable practices within the business.

In her spare time, she loves being outdoors - surfing, hiking or playing tennis, as well as travelling to experience new countries and cultures, and cooking.
