Isabella joined Burgess in 2025 as a reception and office assistant after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Marketing.

Growing up on the Isle of Wight, she developed a lifelong passion for sailing and has spent much of her life on the water. A qualified sailing instructor, Isabella taught sailing for several years alongside being a regular competitor at Cowes Week where she races annually with her dad, and in 2022 she broadened her experience by racing in the Caribbean, crewing on performance sailing yachts ranging from 42ft to 90ft. At Burgess, Isabella brings organisation, warmth, and professionalism to the front‑of‑house team, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, watersports, fashion, and travelling.
