Nicolle joined Burgess in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, Americas, overseeing the company’s operations and strategic growth across North and South America and the Caribbean. She brings a diverse background spanning finance, technology, and real estate, with deep expertise in strategy, operations, and partnership development. Most recently, Nicolle worked at Jordan Park, a multifamily office serving ultra-high-net-worth families. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Zillow and Trulia, where she helped build and scale the New Construction divisions during a period of significant growth. Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking and real estate finance.
Nicolle holds a B.A. from Princeton University, where she played varsity lacrosse, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys being on the water, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her large extended family and her dog Fiona.
