Kate grew up on the sunny shores of Western Australia, where her love for the ocean led her to become a scuba diving instructor. It was during this time that she discovered the dynamic world of yachting - a discovery that would shape the next chapter of her career. Over five incredible years, Kate worked her way up to Chief Stewardess, traveling extensively and gaining invaluable onboard experience.

With a strong background in yacht recruitment and operations, Kate brings firsthand experience as both a Superyacht Stewardess and Chief Stew. She has successfully managed crew placements, conducted interviews, and overseen documentation checks. Her previous role as a personal assistant to UHNWI has further honed her attention to detail, discretion, and exceptional people skills - qualities she brings to every placement she handles.

In 2020, Kate settled in Mallorca, where she enjoys a vibrant lifestyle filled with swimming, Pilates, delicious food, and treasured time with her friends, family, and daughter.
