With six years of experience in the yachting industry, Holly has served as a key member of the deck department on yachts ranging from 50 to 145 meters. Her time at sea has provided her with extensive industry knowledge and the opportunity to work with diverse crews and yacht owners around the world. Seeking a new challenge and more time ashore in the UK, Holly joined Burgess in May 2025.

Outside the office, she’s passionate about staying active - whether it’s running, snowboarding, or making the most of her qualifications as a watersports instructor.
