Luxury yacht builder Overmarine Group was founded in 1985 by the Balducci family, which continues to run the company. With 10 Italy-based manufacturing facilities in the regions of Viareggio, Massarosa, Massa, and Pisa, they focus on open and displacement power superyachts ranging from 22-65m.

Under the brand names of Mangusta and Mangusta Oceanco, Overmarine have helped pioneer the design of high-performance superyachts, particularly with its Mangusta Maxi Open series.
