Josh is a central agency listings manager within Burgess’ Brokerage team, working closely with owners, brokers and clients to develop and deliver tailored sales and marketing strategies across a range of motor and sailing yachts.

Having grown up sailing, Josh has always had a strong connection to the yachting industry. He began sailing at a young age and progressed to racing at national level before becoming a senior sailing instructor, specialising in race coaching and clinics across Europe. He went on to obtain his Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and subsequently spent a number of years working on board some of the industry’s most prestigious motor yachts, gaining first-hand experience of life on board and a genuine understanding of the yachts and their owners.

Josh joined Burgess in 2024 and brings this practical experience into his role in Brokerage. His background at sea, combined with his experience in yacht sales and marketing, allows him to build strong relationships and take an informed, personal approach to supporting the sales process and developing effective marketing campaigns.
