Josh began sailing at a very young age and quickly progressed to racing at a national level. After years of racing, he became a certified instructor, specialising in race coaching and running race clinics in Greece and Croatia. He went on to complete his Yachtmaster qualification with UKSA, which led to a role on Le Grand Bleu and then most notably on board FAITH (now SOPHIA), where he spent the majority of his yachting career. After coming ashore in 2024, Josh joined the Charter team and now brings his maritime experience to the Brokerage team.
