The key activities provided by the Budget Development Service are as follows:

Our Annual Budget Service provides structured financial planning, ensuring transparency and control over your yacht’s operational expenses for the year ahead.

Initial consultation with key stakeholders (owner, captain, and/or family office) to outline the yacht’s intended itinerary and operational plans for the year
Prepare a comprehensive overview report detailing the planned itinerary and identifying key cost drivers for the coming year

The client will receive a detailed 12-Month Financial Budget outlining all expected costs, broken down per month and per category, including:

Operational expenses (fuel, berthing, insurance, and general running costs)
Crew salaries and related costs
Main machinery servicing and maintenance
Auxiliary machinery servicing and maintenance
Refit
Class and statutory survey costs
The budget does not include owner specific upgrades or unplanned maintenance items
