Seas the Mind

A Mental Health First Aid solution and a globally recognised mechanism to train and support people in the seafaring industry. Seas the Mind train seafarers to become Mental Health First Aiders, a practical resource for crew to tackle, recognise, and fortify their own and others’ mental health on board. It is the only Mental Health First Aid course taught to crew by crew, ensuring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced at sea.

Yacht Crew Help is a free, confidential, multilingual helpline for yacht crew, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Yacht Crew Help is operated by the International Seafarers' Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN), an international maritime charity which works to improve the lives of seafarers and their families.
