UKSA is a maritime youth charity and leading training centre dedicated to inspiring and supporting children and young people through water-based adventures, education, and career training at sea. Focused on developing life skills, resilience, confidence, and teamwork, UKSA aims to reach those who need support the most, creating pathways into maritime employment. By providing funding, the organisation removes financial and social barriers, ensuring accessibility for all. 

The Crew Coach provides leadership training, career coaching, and mental wellbeing support tailored for yachting professionals. Specialising in personal and professional development, they help crew members enhance their leadership skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges within the industry. Through courses, one-on-one coaching, and team workshops, The Crew Coach empowers crew to create fulfilling careers while fostering a positive onboard culture.

The ‘Crew Matters’ app provides structured social activities, live fitness and mental wellbeing sessions, and educational training through Tapiit’s interactive platform. It features an SOS Welfare@Sea function for 24/7 confidential support, connects seafarers with Stella Maris chaplains worldwide, and provides access to local port services and marine traffic updates.
