Our Annual Budget Service provides structured financial planning, ensuring transparency and control over your yacht’s operational expenses for the year ahead.
- Initial consultation with key stakeholders (owner, captain, and/or family office) to outline the yacht’s intended itinerary and operational plans for the year
- Prepare a comprehensive overview report detailing the planned itinerary and identifying key cost drivers for the coming year
The client will receive a detailed 12-Month Financial Budget outlining all expected costs, broken down per month and per category, including:
- Operational expenses (fuel, berthing, insurance, and general running costs)
- Crew salaries and related costs
- Main machinery servicing and maintenance
- Auxiliary machinery servicing and maintenance
- Refit
- Class and statutory survey costs
- The budget does not include owner specific upgrades or unplanned maintenance items
