Andreea joined Burgess in 2017 and has since become a valued member of the Charter Management department in Monaco. She began her journey as an assistant, working alongside some of the company’s most experienced charter managers. Thanks to her dedication, professionalism, and drive, she progressed to the role of Charter Manager, where she now oversees some of the most sought-after yachts on the market.

In addition to her charter management responsibilities, Andreea contributes actively to the new business team and has played a key role in coordinating Burgess’s presence at the Antigua Charter Show - an opportunity where she has consistently demonstrated her excellent organisational skills and talent for event planning.

Originally from Romania, Andreea has an international background, having lived and studied in France and Monaco. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Vatel International Business School and a Master’s in Luxury Hospitality and Event Management from the International University of Monaco. Deeply inspired by the luxury industry from early on, she gained invaluable experience prior to joining Burgess through roles with the LVMH group in France and Sofitel in Belgium.

Outside of work, Andreea is passionate about golf, skiing, and discovering new destinations - pursuits that perfectly complement her dynamic and cosmopolitan outlook.
