Andreea joined Burgess in 2017 and has since become a valued member of the Charter Management department in Monaco. She began her journey as an assistant, working alongside some of the company’s most experienced charter managers. Thanks to her dedication, professionalism, and drive, she quickly progressed to the role of charter manager, where she now oversees some of the most sought-after yachts on the market.

Over the past few years, Andreea has managed a variety of yachts from 40m all the way up to 85m, allowing her to expand her knowledge of the industry and charter management. Of these, Andreea has looked after some iconic Burgess yachts including AQUILA which came under Burgess’ management in 2014, and the charter machine SEANNA which has been in our fleet since 2011 (Burgess sold SEANNA in 2025). The 76m ALVIA, launched in 2024, also stands out as a key highlight. A true Burgess full-service yacht, Andreea followed ALVIA throughout the build and was instrumental in her successful launch to the charter market.

In addition to her charter management responsibilities, Andreea contributes actively to the new business team and has played a key role in coordinating Burgess’s presence at the Antigua Charter Show – an opportunity where she has consistently demonstrated her excellent organisational skills and talent for event planning.

Other career highlights for Andreea include being part of the new business team and proudly signing a 55m yacht to the fleet, passing the MYBA membership exam, achieving a record-breaking number of booked days in a season, and mentoring the junior Charter Management team.

Originally from Romania, Andreea has an international background, having lived and studied in France and Monaco. She holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel management from Vatel International Business School and a master’s in luxury hospitality and event management from the International University of Monaco. Deeply inspired by the luxury industry from early on, she gained invaluable experience prior to joining Burgess through roles with the LVMH group in France and Sofitel in Belgium.

Outside of work, Andreea is passionate about golf, skiing, and discovering new destinations – pursuits that perfectly complement her dynamic and cosmopolitan outlook.
