Burgess is delighted to welcome the 64m (209.8ft) pedigree yacht LADY MARINA to its central agency sales fleet, with an asking price of EUR 29,950,000 (EU VAT paid).
Having undergone a recent EUR 5,000,000 price reduction, LADY MARINA will be available for viewings at anchor at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show. Please get in touch for more information or to arrange inspections.
Delivered in 1999 by renowned Dutch shipyard Feadship, then refitted in 2020, this award-winning 64m tri-deck yacht pairs timeless pedigree with thoughtful functionality. Designed and engineered for world cruising, LADY MARINA combines proven ocean-going capability with substantial interior volume and guest amenities.
For anyone looking for a proven platform that combines elegance with serious cruising pedigree, and the space, capability and comfort to make life on the water truly rewarding, LADY MARINA is the ideal yacht, still retaining every ounce of charm that she was built with but with all the mod-cons expected of a 21st century superyacht.
Interior and exterior spaces
LADY MARINA's three spacious decks include a helipad – an unusual feature for a yacht of this size – and an internal elevator serving all decks, enhancing comfort and accessibility for guests. On the upper deck, guests can enjoy a sky lounge aft and a panoramic observation lounge forward that opens onto a private terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers. A second jacuzzi can be found above on the sun deck, alongside space for al fresco dining. Elsewhere, guests can enjoy wellness facilities including a gym, massage room, steam room and sauna.
Guest accommodation
Interiors by Donald Starkey blend quality materials with quiet sophistication. The full-beam master suite, located on the main deck, includes a private office, his and hers dressing rooms, and is conveniently situated close to the sauna, steam room and gym. Five guest cabins – each named after a constellation – bring a subtle layer of charm, with three additional flexible-use cabins available for up to four guests, including a main deck single cabin and two lower deck cabins (one single and one bunk), offer flexible accommodation for staff or occasional guests.
Power
Purpose-built for long-range voyages, LADY MARINA has a transoceanic range of 5,500nm at a cruising speed of 12.5 knots. With only one owner since launch and VAT paid, she represents exceptional value in the current market.
On the market for EUR 29,950,000 (EU VAT paid), LADY MARINA is currently lying in the South of France and will be displayed at anchor during the Monaco Yacht Show. For more information or to arrange an inspection, please get in touch with your Burgess broker.
