Palm Beach International Boat Show 2026

25–29 March | West Palm Beach, Florida

After the Fort Lauderdale and Miami shows, the attention of the superyacht world once again turns to Florida and the Palm Beach International Boat Show.

Relaxed, accessible and highly focused, Palm Beach has quietly become essential viewing for serious buyers, with a growing charter yacht presence. As Partner and Senior Broker Dominic Millman explains, 'Palm Beach is a very relaxed event for clients and easy to get around and get to, especially with West Palm Airport so close by. It’s now the pre-eminent large yacht show in the US, and one of only two opportunities to see the very largest yachts for sale.'

Palm Beach International Boat Show (also known as ‘PBIBS’) takes place from 25–29 March 2026 along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach. Produced by Informa Markets, this year's edition promises a spectacular display of over 800 boats and over 600 exhibiting brands. As ever, Burgess will be there so please come and see us in Palm Harbor Marina.

While its scale remains intentionally manageable, its influence is anything but. 'Palm Beach may not be the biggest yacht show,' says Rupert Nelson, Senior Partner and Senior Sales Broker, 'but it’s arguably the most important. The US is the engine of our industry, providing the greatest percentage of large yacht buyers and owners – and Palm Beach sits right on their doorstep.'

What to expect from the 2026 Palm Beach International Boat Show

PBIBS 2026 will showcase more than USD 1.2 billion worth of yachts, equipment and marine innovation, from debut superyachts to the latest advances in on board technology. For clients looking to assess the market efficiently, the show offers a rare concentration of quality in one easily navigable location.

That focus translates into intent. 'There’s a real sense of purpose here,' says Nelson. 'The show’s size creates a far more intimate environment, allowing for meaningful conversations rather than fleeting encounters.'

Throughout the show, Burgess brokers will be hosting private yacht tours and sharing market insights with clients interested in yachts both at the show and berthed nearby at Rybovich. The Burgess lineup includes some of the most sought-after large yachts currently available, making advance planning essential.

'Exhibiting large yachts at Palm Beach consistently attracts serious buyers and offers clients unmatched access to the latest shipyard models and designs,' Nelson adds. 'Attending with Burgess brokers means you’ll have expert guidance throughout the show, ensuring you know which yachts to focus on, get the answers only insiders can provide, and make the most of your time with shipyards and designers.'

Where is the Palm Beach Boat Show held?

Taking place along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach International Boat Show sits just across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach Island. More than a century after Henry Flagler established South Florida as a winter vacation destination, Florida’s East Coast is once again having its moment as the epicentre of yachting in America, and the affluent mecca of Palm Beach is right at the heart.

Planning your visit to Palm Beach International Boat Show

Burgess clients and their guests can contact the Burgess team to arrange VIP tickets and private tours ahead of the show, as well as chauffeur transfers and hospitality. Most yachts require pre-scheduled appointments, subject to broker or manufacturer discretion.

Seeing the show through the lens of an experienced advisor can make all the difference. 'Once clients experience the scale and professionalism of the Burgess presence at Palm Beach,' Nelson notes, 'they begin to understand what a true A–Z, 360-degree yachting partner can deliver – something many have yet to fully experience.'

To ensure a seamless visit, we advise our clients to discuss preferred yachts and availability with their Burgess broker in advance.
