Of course, the best way to explore this coastal playground is by yacht, and there is none better than the Turkish-built gulet LA BELLA VITA 47m (154ft). With indulgent interiors and swathes of sun-bleached, teak-laid decks, this yacht was literally designed and built to help you explore this cruising paradise.
LA BELLA VITA is the perfect choice for joint parties as there are two master suites. The forward master is full beam and comes with a private sauna in the en suite, the aft master has two picture windows in the stern, and the en suite has a stained-glass wall. The rest of the accommodation includes two more double suites, a twin suite and a triple suite with double and single beds.
The day begins on the main deck aft with a delightful breakfast prepared just the way you like it by the yacht’s masterful chef. At lunch, the bimini above provides shade from the midday sun; at night, you’re surrounded by the sights, sounds and scents of nature.
Behind the dining table is an arc of sunpads. As well as being a wonderful place to snooze while you tan, it’s also a great viewing platform to watch your guests entertain themselves on the yacht’s impressive selection of watertoys. There is so much to enjoy with a jetski, kayaks, SUPs , snorkelling equipment, a 5m tender with 115hp outboard, a wakeboard and waterskiing for adults and children.
Up at the bow is a feature everyone loves: a bowsprit walkway so you can strike your Titanic pose as you watch dolphins playing in the bow wave. Aft of that is a foredeck sun lounge, perfect for drinks and snacks or feeling the wind on your face while underway. Behind that is a huge square sunpad with a table in the middle for everyone’s drinks, morning, noon or night.
To escape the heat of the Mediterranean summer, head for the air-conditioned ambience inside, where there is a spacious lounge near a huge TV and a dining table for special occasions, both served by a fully equipped bar.
