Based in Phuket, where the Andaman Sea meets the Strait of Malacca, LADY AZUL is right at the hub of a spectacular tropical cruising ground that extends north through the amazing limestone spires and coral reefs of south-west Thailand to the undeveloped shores of Myanmar, and south via the jungle coasts of Malaysia and Indonesia to Singapore and beyond.

Stand-out features of her accommodation include a hardtop sundeck with commanding views over the seascape and plenty of shade, a sea-level beach club with gym equipment, and a magnificent full-beam owner’s suite. Her interior style is smart-casual and classic, combining elegance with an easygoing charm.

The spacious main deck lounge is open plan, with the dining area plus a games table up forward and a sit-up bar opposite the main living room area, which flows out via wide-opening glass doors into the outside lounge on the main deck aft. The skylounge on the upper aft deck provides a second large and comfortable inside living space on board, with bar and lounge areas, adjoining the main al fresco dining area on the upper aft deck.

Up forward on the main deck level is the master suite, where you enter via a passageway on the starboard side to discover an opulent main cabin with a forward-facing super king size bed on the centreline, a study desk and sofas, good sea views through big picture windows on both sides plus a grand sweep of forward-facing windows that boost the levels of natural light. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower, twin sinks and bidet.

The other four guest cabins on the lower deck are two full-beam VIP doubles with king size beds, one located forward and one aft. Between them are a couple of twin-bed cabins. Each of these cabins has its own private en suite bathroom.

She’s well equipped for beach landings and watersports with a big jet RIB tender, a seawater pool for safe bathing, plus a pair of SeaBobs, four full sets of scuba gear, inflatable tows, kayaks, paddleboards and more.
