Here’s a real gem of a classic motor yacht with an immaculate pedigree. Constructed in 1955 at the Abeking & Rasmussen shipyard, the 36m (137ft) LADY JERSEY is the seagoing equivalent of a Rolls-Royce Phantom: aristocratic and elegant when viewed from any angle, with flowing lines and ample living space.

She is beautifully fitted out, in fine and timeless style. Recent refit works have comprehensively updated her accommodation, which is designed to host 11 overnight guests or up to 36 people on a daytime cruise. She carries a crew of five and – unusually for a real classic yacht of this calibre – she is fitted with fin stabilisers to smooth her motion on the water, whether she’s anchored or cruising from one destination to the next.
The expansive main deck aft is a superb space for lounging, dining and relaxation with magnificent, sweeping views and ample deep, cool shade. Traditional design features like the gracefully sculpted mullions and solid teak capping rails lend an air of classic yachting elegance . A curved wall of glass with wide-opening doors is all that separates this outside area from the bright, plush and welcoming main deck lounge.
The sun deck is another large expanse of living space with lounge and sunbathing areas plus a raised observation deck up forward, atop the wheelhouse. An elegant parasol hangs above the seating without intruding into your view. Most of this deck can be fully shaded, or even enclosed, when shelter is required. If you’re looking for a venue for a large-scale event or gathering on the water, her open-air decks and inviting lounge are an ideal combination of outside and inside spaces. When berthed in harbour, she can easily host a cocktail party for 100 guests or more.
The master suite is a full-beam cabin on the main deck level with a large sofa, a walk-in wardrobe and a marble en suite bathroom which has both a bathtub and a separate shower. There’s also a lovely VIP suite with a large double bed and sofa, plus two further doubles and a twin-bed cabin with an extra pullman berth.
Her watersports inventory includes a large RIB tender plus waterskis, a wakeboard and paddleboards for fun and frolics when the anchor goes down.
