It used to be impossible to find a sailing yacht with as much living space on board as a motor yacht. Not any more. REPOSADO is a brand new yacht – and also a brand new concept in yachting. Delivered in 2024 and now available for charter, this 52-metre (171ft) modern motorsailer combines the magical experience of sailing with the vast, supremely comfortable accommodation you’d find in a typical motor yacht of equivalent size.

Designed to host 12 guests on board in six luxurious cabins including a full-beam master suite, a full-beam VIP suite and four spacious convertible twin/doubles, her configurable and versatile accommodation will adapt to the needs of a wide range of charter groups. Every guest cabin on board has a king size bed. The master suite includes a cost sitting room, study desk and a free-standing bath in the en suite bathroom.

Key features include an enormous sundeck – significantly larger than you’ll find on most 50-metre motor yachts – with a magnificent view of the sails overhead as well as commanding views over the sea in all directions. There’s an eight-person jacuzzi pool up here, plenty of day beds, seating and lounging areas, a TV projector, a firepit, a bar and a 12-seat dining table – one of three on board.

You can stroll all the way around the decks on the main deck level, and the big aft cockpit is the second outside dining area, this time in shade, with lounge seating in full sun astern. Steps lead down from here on both sides to the extended bathing platform, which becomes the launch pad for a wide range of watersports when she’s anchored in a sheltered bay.

Her inventory of toys includes an extra large tender, two SeaDoos, SeaBobs, an E-floil and a Water Joust as well as paddleboards, waterskis, wakeboards, inflatable tows, snorkelling and fishing gear – everything you’d expect on a premium yachting charter holiday and more. The bathing platform leads into a water-level beach club, too.

The interior is bright and airy with chic contemporary design and a relaxed, inviting smart-casual vibe. The main deck saloon is vast, almost fully glazed on both sides and has two bars as well as a sociable lounge that very comfortably seats 12 and an elegant dining area with another 12-seat table.
