Burgess at SuperYacht Miami 2022

Published 03 February 2022

Burgess will be attending Superyacht Miami, February 16-20, where we will have a hugely experienced team of yachting experts on hand. Are you wondering where the hot new charter destinations are, what will happen next in the brokerage market, why Burgess insurance is better than any other? Our team has the answers you need.

We're also displaying two radical new designs from Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo's much-heralded SX range, the 111.8ft (34.1m) ANOTHER ONE delivered in 2022 and the 78.1ft (23.8m) QUARANTENA from 2019. Both have been designed from the keel up to remove barriers between guests and their surroundings while retaining the luxurious features that make yachting so special.

ANOTHER ONE - for sale and charter

She has the outside space of a considerably larger yacht

As well as a bar, open-air dining, lounge and sun lounge, her sun deck has side windows that lower and a louvre sunroof so the space can be al fresco or climate controlled. Aft on the lower deck is a vast swim platform that is made even more spacious when very long folding sea terraces port and starboard are lowered. These extend forward of the swim platform to connect the beach club to the water too, creating sea-level living across over a third of the lower deck area.

The transom and its sliding doors are entirely glazed, so the beach club has ocean views across a 180-degree arc. Advanced Volvo Penta propulsion gives her a 20-knot cruising speed, low emissions, vibration and fuel consumption, joystick manoeuvrability and dynamic positioning.

Length: 111.8ft (34.1m)
Built: 2022, Sanlorenzo, Italy
Exterior design: Zuccon International Project
Interior design: Lissoni Associati
Guests: 9 in 4 cabins
Asking price: USD 17,900,000
Charter rate: from USD 150,000 per week

QUARANTENA - for sale and charter

Tender and toy stowage on the huge explorer-style swim platform

This family yacht follows the same liberating design principles of the SX line. She has fantastic sightlines throughout with huge, mullion-free windows and bulwark cut-outs, and makes clever use of every square inch of guest deck space. A very spacious swim platform is used for tender and toy stowage (can you spot the deck crane?), freeing the sun deck from that duty where these are stowed on most yachts of this size.

Her flybridge, with open-air dining, BBQ and a full wet bar, has a louvred sunroof and side windows that lower to create inside-outside space, and there's a Portuguese bridge for sundowners and privacy in port. She cruises at 20 knots and a draft of just 5.6ft (1.7m) makes her perfectly suited to exploring The Bahamas and Floridian waters.

Length: 78.1ft (23.8m)
Built: 2019, Sanlorenzo, Italy
Exterior design: Zuccon International Project
Interior design: Marty Lowe Interior Design
Guests: 8 in 4 cabins
Asking price: USD 6,745,000 (US duty paid)
