As Joint Central Agent, Burgess is delighted to bring O'PTASIA to the sales market with an asking price of EUR 89,999,000.

The 85m (278.8ft) O'PTASIA has a steel hull built to Bureau Veritas classification and she was delivered to award-winning acclaim in 2018 by well-regarded Greek shipyard Golden Yachts. Her flowing exterior lines are the work of Rome-based Studio Vafiadis, her interiors are by Giorgio Vafiadis himself, and naval architecture is by N Hellas.

O’PTASIA comes to the sales market in pristine condition having undergone some major works over the 2023/24 winter period. Among many alterations, these include a full paint job, the removal, reinstallation and polishing of all exterior rails, replacement of 80% of the teak rubber joint, the sanding of all exterior teak decking, general overhauling of key machinery, and the completion of her five year survey.

An impressive beam of 13.8m (45.3ft) gives her a capacious interior volume of 2,350GT, carefully designed to maximise spaces for guests' pleasure. The owner is highly experienced having built a fleet of yachts and she currently operates commercially as a much sought-after charter yacht.

Her large sun deck has open air dining beneath the hardtop and a fully equipped bar. Forward is lounge seating and a large dining table serviced by a fully-stocked bar, while aft there is a U-shaped sofa and aft facing sunpads.

On the bridge deck aft is a long glass-fronted pool surrounded by sunpads and walkaround sidedecks provide all-round views and an elevator runs from bridge to lower decks.

The upper deck aft has more open air dining shaded by the overhang, surrounded by abundant deck space for entertaining, and a sun lounge aft.

Just below, on the main deck, there is lounge seating around a large coffee table aft. Side decks lead forward to steps up to the touch and go helipad, which doubles as a games deck and entertaining space.

Aft on the lower deck is a huge beach club with bar and lounge seating either side and a wellness centre featuring a steam room, massage room, shower, dayhead and dressing room. A remarkably spacious swim platform creates another guest area for relaxation and hydraulic bathing steps provide easy access to the water.

On the main deck is an intimate lounge area aft, a larger lounge with sofas around a coffee table and a formal dining area forward. The carpets in the main deck saloon, upper deck saloon, and VIP cabin have all been recently replaced.

O'PTASIA welcomes up to 23 guests in 10 suites. These include an 95sqm (1,023sqft) owner's suite on the upper deck with panoramic views from its elevated position, stunning marble en suite with shower room and bath, and a walk-in wardrobe.

There is a full beam VIP suite on the main deck, also with en suite and walk-in wardrobes, as well as a media lounge to port. An 11th suite, a twin, can be used as a hospital cabin.

Twin 3,386hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a top speed of 18 knots, a cruising speed of 17 knots and a transatlantic range of 6,000nm at her passage speed. Zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort on arrival. Two of her four tenders, including a 9.8m (32ft) Onda limo tender, and a comprehensive inventory of watertoys are stowed on the lower deck and launched through shell doors.
