With a BA (Hons) in Criminology from the University of Kent and an ACIPP (payroll) qualification, Megan brings a strong foundation in both analytical thinking and payroll expertise to Burgess. Her career spans roles at an accountancy firm and a charity, where she managed complex payroll operations for hundreds of employees and played a key role in system implementations. Megan’s experience with payroll systems Microsoft, combined with her background in counselling and HR investigations, makes her a well-rounded and valuable addition to the Crew team.

Outside of work Megan's hobbies include journaling, reading, going to the gym, hiking with friends and exploring new places.
