We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join our Brokerage team in London.

The company provides a full range of yachting services including the sale and purchase, charter management, operational management, new construction, crew employment and insurance.
The role
To develop and deliver the overall Brokerage marketing strategy across both semi-custom and custom markets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring Central Agency yacht marketing material is market leading; including brochure, specifications, operational information, video/photo shoots etc.
- Input into CA proposal design and presentation.
- Ability to be client facing and pitch to clients alongside Brokers.
- Working with the Head of Listings to ensure all potential buyers are reached with intelligent and appropriate marketing content before listings hit the market. Living the 'no stone unturned' mantra.
- Ensuring semi-custom marketing uses data effectively and automation/AI appropriately to segment clients and automate marketing messaging for CAs.
- Developing/improving email/WhatsApp marketing communication to clients for CAs. - Ensuring the right client data is effectively captured by brokerage team to enable targeted marketing.
- Oversee printed material for CAs including boat shows material.
- Oversee CA yacht presentations at boat shows and events, in conjunction with Head of Listings.
- Devise strategy for direct client marketing, including appropriate segmentation, frequency and style of communication, engagement of prospects/targets/owners/charterers.
- Review, improve and put in place quality control measures for direct yacht selections. Focus on speed and presentation.
- Develop 'off-market' messaging to clients.
- Plan annual calendar of all brokerage comms and events, ensuring plans are in place to maximise impact of each.
- Project manage (with marketing department where necessary) production of brokerage sales material (both print and digital), including: market reports, sales figures, analysis on ownership, shipyards etc. Focus on high value information which is not publicly available.
- Highly focused on messaging of brokerage success both public and direct client marketing. i.e. notifying owners when we sell similar yachts to theirs, press announcement of sales and sales success. performance and efficiency.
Personal attributes and qualifications
Essential qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience either in-house or agency
- Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of high impact marketing
- Experience either in yachting or the luxury space (i.e. hotels, jets, property, travel)
Experience and ability
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Excellent understanding of UHWI marketing, including digital, events and print
- Forward thinking marketing approach and good understanding of how marketing will change in the next 5-10 years.
