FERDY is a 43m (141.1ft) yacht delivered in 2007 by Italian shipyard Codecasa. As a successful charter yacht she has always been scrupulously maintained and in 2019, during a comprehensive refit, she received a full repaint, AV equipment upgrades throughout and a full interior refurbishment. She is in excellent condition.
The sun deck has a jacuzzi forward flanked by sunpads, a lounge suitable for open air snacking opposite a daybed. The aft sun deck is a swathe of sunpads and there's versatile space forward of it for yoga, exercise equipment or entertaining.
The bridge deck is dedicated to dining. Inside is a dayhead and a huge dining room for 12 guests with abundant surrounding space, it could serve equally well as a ballroom. Outside is another table for open air dining in the shade and aft is a lounge for soaking up the midday sun. Again it is a very large deck area so would suit a variety of purposes. Forward in a Portuguese bridge, another al fresco option for food and drinks.
The main saloon is divided into two areas: a U-shaped seating area forward facing a 60in TV with surround sound. Aft is a more convivial lounge and sliding doors lead out onto a multipurpose deck space. Steps lead down to the swim platform and tender garage for her Castoldi Jet 21 tender.
She accommodates 12 guests in five cabins. Forward on the main deck is the full beam owner's suite with seating either side, his and hers bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The lower deck has two double cabins and two twin cabins and both twins have an additional berth.
Twin Caterpillar 1,950hp engines give her a top speed of 17b knots and at her cruising speed of 14 knots she has a range of 3,000nm. Quantum zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort at anchor on arrival.
