A proven charter yacht with a superb reputation, ASPEN ALTERNATIVE’s three decks offer an array of amenities for families or groups of friends. Built in 2010 by Trinity Yachts and refitted in 2023, both her interior and exterior guest areas were designed with entertainment in mind, and she has a number of different welcoming spaces with relaxed seating areas and chic bars.

Guests boarding from her swim platform will find a pair of steps leading up to the sheltered main deck aft, where the exceptional crew are on hand to give a warm welcome. From here it is just a short step through the main saloon to be shown your accommodation. All of the guest areas are reassuringly traditional, with varnished woods complemented by light-coloured soft furnishings and splashes of nautical blue detailing.

Once settled on board, it’s time to discover the outside deck areas. The sun deck is where guests will generally spend much of their day, perhaps taking a dip in the jacuzzi, reclining on the sun pads and sunloungers, or enjoying a BBQ served at the dining table. After lunch is over, the guests can then spend some time messing about on the water. Steps from the main deck aft lead down to a good-sized swim platform, giving easy access to anyone wishing either to take a tender to the beach or perhaps indulge in some watersports.

One of the most popular places to gather for a pre-dinner drink is the skylounge cocktail bar. Surrounded by casual seating, it is just a few steps through the sliding doors to the al fresco dining area aft, where the crew will have created a stunning tablescape for you to enjoy. Sit down to a delicious dinner prepared by the yacht’s talented chef, whose specialties include fresh Mediterranean cuisine. Follow dinner with a digestif at the bar and cocktail tables outside, or retire to the main saloon for a movie on the big screen.

When it’s time for bed, ASPEN ALTERNATIVE’s 10 guests are accommodated across five cabins, including a full beam owner’s suite on the main deck. Other guests in the charter party will not be disappointed either, with a choice of four comfortable cabins including two VIPs, one double and one twin cabin.
