About DOUCE FRANCE
Description
With year-round balmy temperatures and reliable sailing breezes, the South Pacific is tailor-made for exploration under sail. If you usually choose a motor yacht for its space and stability but yearn for the romance, excitement and exhilaration of a charter under sail, DOUCE FRANCE is the yacht you need to experience this unique destination in a whole new way.

This catamaran schooner – the largest in the world – offers a perfectly stable platform for your charter and the sort of guest deck spaces you would expect to find on a much larger motor yacht. Add to that a draft of just 3m (9.2ft), which allows you to explore the picture-postcard lagoons and anchorages out of bounds to motor yachts.
Another reason to visit this sailing paradise is the outstanding diversity of marine life just below the surface, with rainbow reefs and bucket-list pelagics. With scuba diving equipment for the full party of 12 guests and a dive instructor onboard, DOUCE FRANCE and her crew can’t wait to share with you their love of life beneath the waves. If you prefer to explore closer to the surface, there’s plenty of snorkelling equipment too.
The South Pacific is also home to some of the best sport fishing in the world, with tuna, marlin, sailfish and mahi mahi in abundance. DOUCE FRANCE has the 6m (21ft) tender, fishing equipment and crew expertise to give you the best possible chance of catching your once-in-a-lifetime fish. You can also sail dinghies, paddle kayaks, dive with SeaBobs, explore on SUPs, fly around on a wingfoil or feel the adrenaline on a series of tow toys.
When you’re relaxing on board, there are plenty of spaces to enjoy under sail or at anchor. Shaded by the bimini on the main deck aft, there is a selection of spaces for lounging and outdoor dining, as well as a sun lounge on the aft deck right next to the drop-down transom steps. If you want to feel the wind in your hair, choose the foredeck lounge.
For sunbathing, you are spoilt for choice with sunpads either side of the foredeck lounge, another on the top deck and, of course, the foredeck’s huge trampolines where you can feel the sea spray and watch dolphins playing in the bow waves. As the sun sets, the place to be is in the flybridge lounge with a sundowner cocktail in hand and good friends and family for company.
The guest accommodation on DOUCE FRANCE is extremely versatile. The master and VIP suites are both king-sized double berths of equal size, and the other four berths are all convertible as double berths or twin berths. All have dressing rooms and are en suite with shower rooms.
This is a remarkable yacht with a longstanding and talented crew, including a captain who knows all the South Pacific’s secret spaces, a gifted and highly adaptable chef, perfectly partnered with a dream destination. Book today and feel the anticipation as we build your ideal charter experience.
