Before breakfast, step down to the swim platform to start your day with a swim. The warm saltwater supports you and makes this gentle exercise a joy. EMERALD is fitted with a hydraulic bathing platform to make swimming from the yacht a cinch.
Having worked up an appetite, step up to the main deck aft where breakfast is served al fresco. As the warm teak underfoot and morning sun on your face remind you why you love sailing, the professional crew serve up a spread that will appeal to all your guests: there are freshly-baked croissants and breads, local honey and fruit, eggs, smoothies, pancakes and bacon.
Spirits are high around the table as the day ahead is planned. A fishing trip is on the agenda in the yacht’s 7.5m (24.6ft) tender equipped with deep sea fishing rods – the chef has packed a lunch hamper to take. The young ones have their eyes on the watertoys, and as the yacht has RYA-certified crew, you know that they are in good hands.
Take a paddleboard and snorkelling gear to explore the coastline and thyme-scented islets, or one of the jetskis to find a secluded beach. After a morning exploring your anchorage you will be keen for lunch - and then maybe sunbathing on the sun deck followed by a dip in the jacuzzi for a few hours of R&R.
The local markets and antiquities brim with vivid colour and excitement. There’s time for a little souvenir shopping, so have the crew drop you ashore for a stroll around before dinner.
The fishing party is back with news of their catch – and the ones that got away. Chef is busy prepping the seafood to serve in the stylish saloon. Quickly dress for dinner in your full beam master suite, this spacious room gives you a his and hers en suite and a wall of wardrobes.
Your guests find their cabins on the lower deck, warm and stylish with modern art and wood panels. The yacht’s stabilisers and air conditioning ensure that everyone is comfortable aboard.
Meet at the saloon bar for a sundowner before eating. Your evening offers a film on the cinema screen, a party in the sky lounge or maybe both.
