The core concepts behind the design and general arrangement of this 35m (114ft) yacht are functional simplicity, modernist style, ergonomic comfort and proximity to the sea. The result – which won a World Superyacht Award and sparked a change of direction in yacht design – is a motor yacht that feels like a beach house in Malibu or Porto Cervo. Refitted and refurbished just a few years ago, she’s offered for charter in sparkling condition with upgrades throughout and a top deck extension.

There’s a very strong emphasis on open-air living. Witness the size of the sun deck and the huge, multifunctional main deck aft where an inside lounge would normally be. The large daybed on the foredeck, and the wide walk-around side decks that lead to it, are excellent features.

The sun deck offers a choice of social spaces. There’s a big dining table, two areas of daybeds, classic sunloungers and a sit-up bar. The main deck echoes this concept with a sunbathing zone, a fully shaded lounge and another open-air dining space. Her stern platform is also well designed, with ample space for docking small watercraft and boarding tenders, and a submersible bathing platform extension that ensures easy access in and out of the water.

There’s still ample space inside her superstructure for a good-size main deck lounge, which is a bright, comfortable living room with very large windows. Throughout the interior, there’s a fresh, bright and vibrant aesthetic.

The owner’s suite, located amidships on the lower deck, is a full-beam cabin with a sofa on one side of the king size bed and a his and hers en suite bathroom with a large, mosaic-tiled shower. There’s also a VIP double in the bow, which also has a king size bed, and two twin bed cabins, each with a private en suite bathroom.

Her main tender is an 8m (27ft) sports boat and she comes with a wide range of watertoys. There’s a choice of wakeboards and waterskis, new SeaBobs and a high-powered jetski, paddleboards, inflatable tows, a beach setup and more.
