SYCARA V’s inventory of watertoys features all the greatest hits, from jetskis, wakeboards and waterskis to kayaks and inflatables. With a large swim platform and lounge, bar and shower, the beach club is a popular base for a morning’s aquatic activities.

For privacy, the Portuguese bridge’s deck lounge features plush sofas and a triple sun pad, while the inner sanctuary of the lounge is hard to beat for a morning coffee, with music from the piano and uninterrupted seascape views. SYCARA V’s elegant, modern decor is bright and tasteful, with her zero speed stabilisers ensuring comfort at anchor.

Take the elevator to the sun deck to find a delightful setting for lunch, cooked on the grill and served at the shaded circular table. Afternoons are often spent on the sun deck, perhaps with a workout and massage in the gym and spa, before a dip in the large jacuzzi and rest on the various sun pads and sofas nearby. The master suite is like a deluxe penthouse, spanning the upper deck’s aft section with impressive views through sliding glass doors, leading to the private deck with its table for 12. The his and hers onyx bathroom has a steam shower and jacuzzi, and there is a study and adjacent single cabin with pullman for staff or children. Guest accommodation on the lower deck includes four double cabins, two with pullman berths, and a single cabin with a pullman berth.
