Launched in 2020, THE MAJ OCEANIC is the largest and most luxurious of these graceful, classic sailing vessels, created in a unique collaboration between traditional master shipwrights and high-end hotel designers. Specifically conceived for charter cruising in Indonesian waters and purpose-built to host 12 guests on board in seven cabins, she offers a superb standard of accommodation and a huge amount of living space with high-spec air conditioning and wi-fi throughout.

The beautifully finished main deck saloon has three separate spaces: a comfortable lounge, an elegant dining room and a well-stocked cocktail bar. She also has a gym and a dedicated massage room for your workouts and wellness on board. There’s a huge amount of outside deck space on several levels: a large sundeck with commanding views, an expansive foredeck with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining space on the main deck aft, and a broad terrace with sun loungers in front of the bridge.

The master suite is a spectacular full-beam cabin that occupies most of the upper deck, with 270-degree panoramic views and its own private outside terrace. There are five other double cabins including a VIP suite and one twin-bed cabin, all furnished to five-star standard in contemporary-classic Indonesian style. Each cabin has its own lounge area and a private en suite bathroom with a jet shower.

She’s well equipped for watersports with two large RIBs, fleets of kayaks and paddleboards, a full inventory of snorkelling, fishing and scuba gear – plus a dive master and instructor on board. There’s a full beach setup and barbecue for relaxing afternoons and evening parties on remote islands, and the experienced crew are keen to share the benefit of their extensive local knowledge.
