Dining in St Barth is always a culinary delight but it is in November that the island hits the gastronomic gas and welcomes a selection of the world's best chefs to showcase their widely recognised talents. Over four days these are the hottest tickets in town and the evening dining is exquisite.
There are some competitive elements to the Festival, with a bartenders' contest, a waiters' race and an amateur baking competition but the main event is food of exceptional creativity that celebrates the island's produce and culinary traditions.
