Burgess partners with Starship Yachts in Asia.

Burgess in Asia and Starship Yacht are pleased to announce a partnership agreement for the Hong Kong and Macau market with Starship Yachts’ Owner/CEO Edwin Ho becoming Burgess’ Chief Representative for these markets. 

Starship Yachts is the Ferretti dealer for HK and Macau, offering the full range of the Ferretti Group’s brands. Established in 1994, it was the first dealership to sell yachts in Greater China and has a compelling track record of selling yachts above 30m (100ft).

Burgess is the global leader in the Brokerage, Charter, Management and New build advisory for large yachts above 30m (100ft), and started its Asia operation in 2015, establishing offices in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Phuket, Singapore and Tokyo. Since then, Burgess transacted 31 yachts for Asia clients, averaging 50m (160ft) in length. 

An important part of Burgess’ Asia strategy is partnerships with leading dealerships in key markets, led by respected yachting professionals who share Burgess’ Client First and Teamwork philosophy. Other partners currently are Lyu Company (Lyu Kamikage) in Japan, Boat Lagoon Yachting (Vrit Yongsakul and Alister Brunskill) in Thailand/Singapore, and Marine Solutions (Anju and Gautama Dutta) in India.
