Skye completed a course at Queen’s Business and Secretarial College before gaining a role as managing director’s personal assistant at John Lyall Architects where she remained for two and a half years. Following this, her passion for culinary delights led her to Scotland as a private chef. She spent a year perfecting her craft at shooting estates and in private households. In 2011, Skye became a highly valued member of the Burgess Technical Services team.
